An .fml file is FloorPlanner's project format: it stores walls, rooms, doors and windows as editable data, not just a flat image. Funda2FML retrieves this file from a Funda listing.

Is an .fml file the same as a PDF floor plan?
No. A PDF or image only shows the floor plan visually. An .fml file contains the underlying structure (walls, rooms, dimensions) so FloorPlanner can open and edit it as a project.
Can I open an .fml file with other software?
.fml is FloorPlanner's project format. Using it on FloorPlanner.com requires an account with that service.
Does every Funda listing have an .fml file?
Not every listing has an original .fml file available. In that case Funda2FML offers an AI-reconstructed approximation.
