Frequently asked questions

• How do I convert a Funda floor plan?

  Copy the Funda URL, paste it on the homepage for a free preview, and pay to receive the .fml file by email. Then import it into FloorPlanner.com.

• Which Funda URLs are supported?

  We support standard Funda sale and rental listings. The URL must contain /koop/ or /huur/, for example https://www.funda.nl/koop/amsterdam/appartement-...

• How much does a conversion cost?

  A single conversion costs €9. For multiple properties there is a 5-pack for €39 (€7.80 per conversion). For regular use, Pro is €99/year unlimited.

• How do I import the file into FloorPlanner?

  Go to FloorPlanner.com, create a new project, and use the 'Import' function to upload the .fml file. The floor plan will be loaded automatically.

• How do I receive my converted file?

  After successful payment, you will receive an email with your .fml file within 5 minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it right away.

• Are my details stored securely?

  Yes, we take privacy and security very seriously. All data is stored encrypted and we do not share personal information with third parties.

• What if the conversion fails?

  Only works when the listing has a digital FloorPlanner file or floor plan images. Check the free preview first. If payment succeeded but conversion failed, contact support@funda2fml.nl for a refund.

• Can I convert multiple properties?

  With the 5-pack bundle you can convert 5 properties within 6 months. Each conversion is processed separately and delivered by email.

• How do I install the Chrome extension?

  Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store, open a Funda sale or rental listing, and click the Funda2FML button. Preview opens in the side panel next to the page.

• Does the extension read my Funda data?

  No. The extension only reads the URL of the active Funda tab. Preview and conversion happen server-side on funda2fml.nl — the extension does not scrape listing data.

• How do I use credits or Pro in the extension?

  Connect your account via Profile → Connect extension. You will then see credits or Pro status in the side panel and can convert without opening the website.
