Creating .fml does not have to be manual. Paste a Funda link and we generate the starter file — you design further in FloorPlanner.

Copy sale or rental URL. Works only with a floor plan on the listing.
Step 2
Preview = quality check
Green badge: original .fml available. Orange: AI-assisted — verify scale later.
Step 3
Pay for export
€9 single, €39 for five properties, or Pro €99/year unlimited.
Step 4
Continue in FloorPlanner
Import the .fml and add furniture, materials, and measurements.
Tips
- Agents: Pro or Pro Office for volume.
- Buyers: single conversion is often enough.
- Stylists: combine with 5-pack for multiple projects.

Does Funda2FML draw floor plans?
We convert what is on Funda — we do not draw from photos outside the floor plan.
