Looking for a free way to get a Funda floor plan into FloorPlanner? The preview on funda2fml.nl is free: you see immediately if export is possible, before paying for the .fml file.
What is free — and what is not?
Step 1
Free: paste Funda link and preview
On funda2fml.nl paste the listing URL. You see address, surface, and whether original .fml or AI export is available — no account or payment.
Step 2
Free: Chrome extension side panel
On the Funda page open the extension for the same preview. Handy when you are already on the property listing.
Step 3
Paid: the .fml file
Export itself costs from €9 per property. You pay only when preview is green — no surprises for listings without a floor plan.
Step 4
FloorPlanner itself
FloorPlanner.com has its own (limited) free tier for designing. Funda2FML only delivers the import file; a FloorPlanner account is still required separately.

Why not download directly from Funda?
