How to import a Funda floor plan
Step 1
Copy the Funda URL
Open the listing on funda.nl and copy the URL. Works when a digital floor plan or suitable images are available.
Step 2
Free preview on Funda2FML
Paste the link on funda2fml.nl. You immediately see whether an original FloorPlanner file is available or AI fallback is needed.
Step 3
Pay and receive .fml by email
Choose single (€9), 5-pack (€39), or Pro (€99/year). After payment you usually receive the file within minutes.
Step 4
Import in FloorPlanner
Open FloorPlanner.com, create a project, and use Import. Walls and rooms are ready to design.
When does this work?
- Original FloorPlanner file on Funda — best quality.
- Floor plan images only — AI-assisted conversion; verify scale in FloorPlanner.
- No floor plan on Funda — export not possible; preview warns before payment.
FAQ
Is this the same file shown on Funda?
Often yes: when Funda embeds a digital FloorPlanner file, we export that original .fml. Image-only listings use AI — clearly labeled in preview.
Do I need an account?
Not for single or 5-pack. Pro and Pro Office require sign-in.
Can I do this on Funda itself?
Yes — use our Chrome extension for preview in the side panel on the listing page.
