    Open Media on the listing. Without a digital floor plan or suitable images, no .fml is possible.

  2. Step 2

    Paste link and preview

    On funda2fml.nl you see whether we fetch an original FloorPlanner file or create AI-.fml.

    Receive .fml by email

    After payment (from €9) you usually get the file within five minutes. Pro users convert unlimited.
