## What it does

1. User pastes a Funda.nl listing URL on the homepage
2. Free preview shows property details, photos, and floor plans found
3. User pays for export when a usable floor plan source exists
4. Import-ready .fml file is delivered by email within 5 minutes
5. User imports the file into FloorPlanner.com to start designing

## When it works

- Listing has an original digital FloorPlanner file on Funda (best quality), or
- Listing has floor plan images suitable for assisted conversion (verify dimensions in FloorPlanner)

- Single conversion: €9 per property
- 5-pack: €39 (5 conversions, valid 6 months)
- Pro unlimited: €99/year
